I'm a resin crack whore!

Sometimes it's described as the black tar heroin of Warhammer 40,000 or simply resin crack. Either way there are good reasons why Forgeworld products are so addictive despite being so expensive. The detail in the models is superior to what you get with plastic and Forgeworld just bring out some gorgeous models that makes one simply struggle not to buy.

This Death Guard Plague Marine to the left for example maintains the old school look of the Plague Marines and is beautifully detailed. Added to it is one of the new pre heresy special weapons Meltagun.

Speaking of Pre Heresy, the new armour variant kits are fantastic. I bought loads of these to sell on Bitzbox and couldn't resist making a squad using one of each armour mark. This squad will be used as Sternguard Veterans for My Crimson Fist army.

The MK3 head was used in my Toys for Tots entry so I used a metal bare head instead which with the bulky MK3 armour really makes the Space Marine's proportions look more realistic.
